Story Behind the Art
“Where there is Love, there is Life”
Mahatma Gandhi
Leaves are falling, eyes attentive on them …
Autumn is here! Usually, it is a sign of plenty, ripening, harvest, and abundance. But at the same time, it is a symbol of decay, old age, an indication of things being passed their prime, and even a sign of death.
Things are changing and She is aware!
This lady is sitting on the ground over some fallen leaves. She is surrounded by Mother Nature, so beautiful but uncertain like life itself. The tip of her toes touches the water as a symbol of spiritual things, representing life, refreshment, and fertility.
Her torn Monarch butterfly’s wings represent the strength, endurance, spirituality, and trust in sustaining what she believes. Her Transformation and evolution through her tough life and the difficult situations she has confronted are visible in every rip of her beautiful but damaged wings. Despite all these, she remains bounded to a red rose that stands for love, beauty, and courage. Her transparent reddish dress has nothing to hide as a symbol of honesty and passion.
When life is difficult…when your wings are being torn… when the leaves are falling and darkness is crawling all around you Be you, be strong, keep fighting, and above all keep loving. You’ll make it through, you’ll transform into a stronger and more beautiful version of yourself.
